Great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels working with huge retailers.
This role is responsible for delivering growth through data-led campaigns, CRM automation, and eCommerce optimization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and executional excellence.
What You’ll Do:
* Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that convert and solve real customer challenges.
* Drive digital growth and boost brand awareness across B2B and B2C audiences.
* Lead CRM-driven journeys using platforms like HubSpot to automate and personalize engagement.
* Create onboarding and training programs to empower global teams with CRM tools.
* Optimize eCommerce sites and landing pages to maximize conversions and user experience.
* Collaborate with retail and distribution partners to align online and in-store promotions.
* Manage agencies and freelancers to deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
* Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics, reporting insights to senior leadership.
* Share best practices and contribute to global marketing strategies.
* Represent the brand confidently at industry and consumer events.
* Deliver internal training to upskill teams on digital marketing tools and techniques.
Requirements:
* Experience in digital marketing across both B2B and B2C environments.
* Strong knowledge of HubSpot
* Experience managing eCommerce platforms and digital customer journeys.
* Highly analytical, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
