Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
* Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.
* Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively.
* Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
* Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills.
* Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines.
* Previous experience in a retail management role, ideally within a fast-paced or specialist retail environment.
* Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive sales and deliver results.
* Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
* Sales-driven mindset with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer experience.
* Experience in inventory management, stock control, and delivering effective visual merchandising.
