What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for new family enquiries Provide clear information about programs, CCS, fees, availability and everything in between Manage the waitlist and support occupancy growth across centres Guide families through the enrolment process, ensuring compliance and accuracy Action cancellations promptly, updating records and providing clear communication Maintain accurate data in childcare management systems and support continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional manner Customer service or sales experience highly regarded. High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Confidence using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Desired experience using childcare management software (Xplor & Line Leader preferred) Knowledge of the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and enrolment processes Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Background in early childhood education and care.
