This is an exciting time to be joining the friendly and supportive team at Sunley Court, based in Kettering. You will play a major part in providing the domiciliary care service to our residents and promoting Independent Living to the over 55’s.
This is domiciliary care with a difference. Everything is in one location meaning no travelling between jobs!

* Role: Care Assistant
* Hours: Part time, 12 hours per week with an unpaid break. Initial shifts are from 7am-11am but may change due to care needs. Additional/Extra hours may be available for holiday cover.
* Salary: £13.64ph
* Location: SunleyCourt, Pipers Hill Road, Kettering, NN15 7RJ

As a Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
* Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
* Encourage independence and self-belief
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
* Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
* Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
* Passionate about delivering a quality care service
* Flexible with hours.
