We are looking for a Style Advisor to join our fashion womenswear brand Hobbs in the Cotswolds Outlet Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in fashion and styling. The role works 8 hours per week, making it perfect to work alongside other commitments.
Our Style Advisors are the face of our business. Natural and friendly, you go out of your way to provide an outstanding experience to all our customers. You will enjoy working in a fashion retail environment and use your knowledge and training to provide customers with that perfect head-to-toe outfit!
What You'll Do
1. Greet, assist, and sell in a professional and consultative manner, identifying additional selling opportunities
2. Maintain a high awareness of merchandising principles to deliver an inspirational picture of the Phase Eight vision
3. Operate an electronic Point of Sale system, handling transactions accurately with care and attention
4. Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store
Who You'll Be
We will provide full training and ongoing support to ensure you have the tools to succeed. We need you to be:
1. Reliable and motivated, flexible to work on a rota basis, and able to adapt to shifting priorities
2. Engaging with excellent communication skills, thriving in a customer-facing environment
