We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for our fast growing client in Loughborough, who offer sustainability, inclusivity, and diversity. The main purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact to provide excellent customer service.
As part of the Maintenance Controller role, you’ll require:
Proven customer service experience
Competent with the use of MS Office
Hold excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within customer service/customer care and possess excellent administration skills. You will be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner. Having experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous. You will also have the ability to prioritise your workload and keep to strict deadlines
Reporting to the Reactive Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll also be:
Providing exceptional customer service to customers
Taking inbound calls
Making outbound calls
Answering and resolving incoming queries via phone and email
Ensuring any customer queries are responded to in line with business requirements
Escalating any customer queries to the relevant team supervisor as required
Recording day to day conversations
Liaising with different departments as required
Salary & Working Hours
£25000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
