Responsibilities
* Manage incidents and problems related to Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
* Perform change management activities, from small amendments to large-scale projects.
* Proactively monitor solutions and address emerging issues in SharePoint and Power Platform.
* Ensure adherence to ICT policies and governance strategies for existing apps and workflows.
* Develop and integrate Power Automate workflows with external toolsets.
* Support international colleagues through service management and relationship building.
* Redevelop and decommission outdated forms and workflows.
* Provide user guidance, training, and create service documentation.
* Maintain up-to-date service knowledge to enhance user experiences and reduce service overhead.
Profile
* Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
* Experience managing, developing, and troubleshooting SharePoint environments (both on-premises and SharePoint Online).
* Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in complex environments.
* Skill in creating, developing, and integrating automated workflows (especially using Power Automate).
* Experience with tools or methods to proactively monitor system health and performance.
* Understanding of ICT policies, governance frameworks, and security best practices for apps and workflows.
* Capability to update, redevelop, or decommission legacy forms and workflows.
* Experience in supporting end users and managing service relationships, including integrating Power Automate workflows with external systems (APIs, third-party tools).
