Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + Company Car/Car Allowance + Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week)

Our client is a well-established and reputable installer of electronic fire and security systems, delivering high-quality services to a broad client base across commercial and industrial sectors. As part of continued growth and internal development, they are now seeking a Service Manager to lead and coordinate their field-based engineering team.
Role Overview
The Service Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of field engineers, ensuring service delivery standards are met and exceeded. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with effective team coordination, customer satisfaction, and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and performance of the service engineering team.
* Act as the technical escalation point for engineers and clients across Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards including NSI regulations and procedures.
* Support team development through training, mentoring, and performance management.
* Liaise with clients to maintain and improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain service documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Strong technical background in Fire and Security systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and both conventional and addressable Fire Alarm systems.
* Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the fire & security sector.
* Excellent leadership and man-management skills.
* Sound knowledge of NSI and relevant industry standards.
* Strong organisational and communication abilities.
