About You
We are looking for a Global Change Management & Transformation Lead to join our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence team. This is a critical, high-impact role driving system and digital transformation initiatives across our global procurement organization.
Reporting directly to the Global Procurement COE Leader, you will play a key role in shaping and executing transformation strategies, ensuring successful adoption, and embedding sustainable change across regions.
1. Lead and deploy end-to-end change management strategies across procurement, suppliers, and GBS teams globally
2. Drive stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure alignment and readiness
3. Coordinate training and capability-building programs (workshops, e-learning, knowledge transfer)
4. Monitor change adoption and performance using KPIs and dashboards
5. Ensure SOX compliance and financial controls during transformation initiatives
6. Identify and drive digital procurement transformation programs in collaboration with IT and GBS
7. Define and lead the digital procurement strategy, aligned with global business priorities
8. Act as PMO to the COE Leader, bringing structure, insights, and best practices
9. Establish governance frameworks (steering committees, escalation processes)
10. Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to deliver transformation outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
11. 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, Audit, or Transformation roles
12. Strong understanding of procurement processes and operations
13. Deep Knowledge of COUPA, SAP
14. Proven experience in change management and transformation delivery
15. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across global, matrixed environments
16. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
17. Experience with compliance, governance, and continuous improvement
18. Bachelor’s degree required
