Proximity Recruitment is partnering with a market-leading global manufacturer based near Daventry to find a talented and hands-on Marketing Manager. You'll play a key role in shaping the brand's marketing strategy, driving campaigns, and aligning marketing with commercial outcomes—while working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Marketing
* Partner with R&D and Business Development teams in the UK and US to align on product direction, target markets, and long-term growth strategy
* Manage and evolve the company’s digital and offline brand presence across the UK and Europe
* Represent the business at key industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows (some weekend work required)
* Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales and business development goals
* Track key KPIs and report marketing ROI to the senior leadership team
* Write and publish engaging news articles and thought leadership content aligned with market trends
* Lead the full product development cycle, including concept creation, packaging design (labels, cartons, bottles), and product system setup
* Coordinate product packaging production, working alongside the Content Creator for photography and video, and with the Buyer to ensure packaging supply alignment
* Develop and manage a comprehensive product marketing calendar, ensuring requests from across the business are prioritised and delivered effectively
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or a product-focused environment
* A strategic and organised marketer with experience managing full campaign lifecycles and product launches
* Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
* Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing content and copywriting
* A collaborative, proactive approach with experience working cross-functionally across commercial and technical teams
* Comfortable being based full-time in the office (5 days per week) near Daventry
* Willingness to occasionally work weekends for events
