About the role
Do you have the skills and experience to engage and build positive trusting relationships with parents, children, and young people to inspire them to make positive changes and improve life opportunities?
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills to join our dedicated teams.
You will be based in one of our Children's Centres in the North of the County.

What will you be doing?
You will be required to manage a caseload of families. This will include undertaking structured one-to-one family support work as a lead professional or a co-worker working alongside other professionals.
About You
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to write assessments and support plans by building positive relationships with families.
You understand good practice and evidence-based interventions that support positive change with children and their families.
You have a good understanding and experience of partnership working.
You are flexible and creative with the support you can offer to children and families.
You can work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
You meet the qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience as required in the job specification.

About Us
