We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our clients QHSE Manager and operational teams. This is a hands-on role that involves maintaining documentation, conducting inspections and audits, assisting with risk assessments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements: * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook * Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks * Experience or qualification in Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) * Background in auditing or reporting is beneficial * Familiarity with QHSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) * Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update QHSE documentation, policies, and training records * Assist with internal and external audits and site inspections * Support risk assessments and safe systems of work * Help investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses * Deliver health and safety inductions and toolbox talks * Book and arrange training courses with approved providers * Respond to customer quality-related inquiries * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Provide reports and data to managers as required Benefits: * Free on-site parking * Health & wellbeing Paycare scheme after probationary period * 34 days holiday including bank holidays (pro-rata) Hours: * Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm * Friday: 7:00am – 3:45pm
