About the Role As our IFM Contract Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of Hard Facilities Management services across the campus estate. Working closely with the Head of Facilities Management & Workplace Experience, you will drive operational performance across Hard FM and integrated services, ensuring best practice in asset management, compliance, and service delivery. This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight to ensure Sodexo delivers best-in-class facilities management within a complex and prestigious university environment. We’re looking for an experienced FM professional with strong technical expertise in Hard FM and the leadership capability to manage complex estates. Oversee the delivery of Hard FM services across the estate, including maintenance, asset management, statutory compliance and building services. Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities are delivered in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs. Maintain full statutory and regulatory compliance across mechanical, electrical and building infrastructure. Support asset lifecycle planning and drive operational performance improvements across campus facilities. Lead operational teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality facilities management services. Support budget management, financial processes and contract performance monitoring. Build strong relationships with university stakeholders, operational teams and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery. Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation and data-led decision making to enhance performance and workplace experience.
