Job Description
This role focuses on one-off integrations, bespoke customer solutions, internal engineering projects, and short-notice disruptive work that must be delivered quickly and safely without impacting core product delivery.
Typical projects include integration of RF receivers into payloads for manned and unmanned platforms (e.g. drones and vehicles), internal tooling or platform adaptations, and customer-specific deployments. The role requires strong hands-on engineering capability, sound system judgement, and effective customer interaction.
Core Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Projects: Manage small, one-off projects from initial scoping through to testing and delivery.
2. Hands-on Integration: Integrate RF and power systems into various platforms (drones, vehicles, etc.) and ensure they actually work in the field.
3. Team Support: Jump into "Systems Pods" during peak times to help with debugging, prototype builds, and unblocking technical hurdles.
4. Customer Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their needs, conduct RF surveys, and demonstrate completed systems.
5. Documentation: Keep simple, "fit-for-purpose" records of your builds and tests so others can follow your work.

9. Clearance: Must be eligible for UK SC Clearance (UK Eyes Only).
