A leading, international law firm are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join their Marketing & Business Development team, specifically sat in the Real Estate Sector.
Supporting the Business Development Manager on all marketing for the team, creating winning pitches for the partners and staying ahead of the trends.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute Business Development plans for the team, looking at what else you can do to elevate the team
* Undertake target research and provide company and industry specific information in support of bids and credentials
* Manage legal directory and award submissions for the Real Estate teams
* Using the CRM system to maintain, update and report on the teams’ sales pipelines
* Liaise with the wider Marketing and Business Development colleagues to provide real estate-specific content for firm-wide pitches
* Working closely with the Business Development Manager, Marketing and Communications, External Suppliers and the Events team to raise the profile of the Real Estate team through various channels including thought leadership, client newsletters, articles, podcasts, webinars, conferences and other industry events
* Managing the team’s events working with the events team including follow up activities
* Development and maintenance of the real estate intranet pages
Skills & Experience
* 1 - 2 years experience in a Marketing/Business Development role within professional services (ideally law)
* Experience sat in a Real Estate team would be a bonus
* Strong writing and editing skills
* Professional, positive and proactive self-starter
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
