Faculty Professional Services is seeking to appoint a well organised, highly motivated person to the post of Partnership Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Faculty Professional Placements and work with the ITE Quality Manager to co-ordinate the Partnership Office and manage students’ learning and development in schools, including allocating over 1000 primary school placements per annum.
The successful candidate will, amongst other things, have previous experience of working in a customer focussed administrative role and have excellent organisational skills together with the ability to effectively manage a team. The post holder will have a comprehensive understanding of working with students and GDPR regulations. A knowledge of the function of schools would be a distinct advantage.

This post entails taking overall responsibility for organisation and administration within the (ITE) Partnership Office to sustain and develop administrative practices.
The main duties relate to people, systems and communication and are as follows:
* To co-ordinate ITE Partnership activity within the department, taking responsibility for the smooth running, organisation and management of the Partnership Office, and having an overview of the work of the administrative team.
* To lead Partnership Sharing Meetings and attend ITE Management Meetings.
* To provide operational support to the Mentor Leadership Team.
* Creating good, supportive relationships with students. Identifying student needs, under guidance from the Mentor Leadership Team, and using these to inform future placements.
