Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking a B2B Channel Marketing Manager to drive the success of our partner programme across the UK & Ireland. This role is ideal for a data-driven, commercially minded marketing professional with experience in channel or partner marketing within technology. You will own the communication strategy, incentive framework, and engagement model for our partner ecosystem, collaborating across EMEA and global teams. The position offers a hybrid work model and may require occasional travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the marketing strategy for Lenovo’s B2B partner programme across the UK & Ireland, ensuring alignment with EMEA and global frameworks.
2. Build and manage a structured, always-on communication framework for all channel partners, including newsletters, event invites, and programme updates.
3. Design, launch, and manage channel-wide incentive programmes and promotions, tracking performance and optimizing for maximum ROI and partner participation.
4. Oversee the partner portal experience, ensuring local content, campaigns, enablement tools, and promotions are current, impactful, and aligned with EMEA/global teams.
5. Use engagement metrics and analytics to continuously improve partner adoption, activity, and programme effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure local needs are represented and regional initiatives are successfully executed.
7. Prepare and deliver clear proposals and presentations to obtain internal and partner approvals for marketing programmes.
8. Track and report quarterly performance across partner engagement, incentive uptake, programme participation, investment, and pipeline/revenue influence.
Qualifications:
9. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or another related field
10. 5+ years’ experience in marketing within a global, tech-oriented organization, covering strategy, campaign development, digital & social, merchandising, and budget management.
11. Proven experience in B2B channel or partner marketing, including event planning/execution and performance analytics/reporting.
12. Hands-on experience with channel/partner marketing and account management using growth levers (margins, rebates, incentives); existing relationships with UK or Irish telco/retail partners are an advantage.
13. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
14. Demonstrated effectiveness in a matrixed, cross-cultural setting—able to influence without authority and secure senior stakeholder buy-in.
15. Challenger mindset and high agility: self-starter, comfortable with change, able to adapt plans quickly and deliver at pace.
16. Excellent communication and presentation skills; builds strong internal/external relationships and collaborates across functions.
