Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of people facing homelessness? We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Housing Solutions Officer to join our frontline team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to prevent homelessness across the borough. You’ll provide timely, tailored housing advice and support to individuals and families, helping them to remain in their homes or move on in a planned and sustainable way. You’ll be responsible for: Delivering high-quality housing advice in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. Conducting detailed assessments and creating Personal Housing Plans. Managing a varied caseload and working closely with landlords, support agencies, and internal teams. Advocating for clients and representing the service at multi-agency meetings. We’re looking for someone with: Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or working in a housing or advice setting. Strong knowledge of housing legislation, homelessness prevention, and tenancy sustainment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
