Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Van driver and Valeter. This role is essential in ensuring that our motorcycles that come to us in part exchange are valeted to the highest standards of cleanliness. And that motorcycles are either delivered or collected in our Van and are taken care of throughout any journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
Duties
* Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on various motorcycles and scooters, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
* Drive to different locations as required, transporting and collecting or dropping off motorcycles and scooters.
* Provide exceptional customer service when delivering motorcycles and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Qualifications
* Previous delivery experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
