Role Overview
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will take ownership of customer issues, complaints, and tasks once the handover from the Customer Relations team has taken place. Youll be responsible for managing these through to resolution, ensuring prompt action, clear communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Your ability to work independently, stay organised, and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external contractors will be key to your success.
