We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and passionate
Travel and Events Manager
to lead our fulfilment team. In this role, you will oversee the team's operations and ensure every event runs seamlessly, with frequent international travel to attend and host the exceptional experiences we deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the fulfilment team, ensuring accurate preparation of client documentation, event materials, and overall event execution.
* Oversee event hosting, acting as the main point of contact for clients at large-scale international events such as Grand Prix, horse racing, and luxury experiences.
* Manage the end-to-end planning and bookings for events, including flights, hotels, transfers, tickets, and bespoke experiences.
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail, identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise.
* Attend events globally to host clients, ensure exceptional service, and lead the team on-site.
* Respond to client queries and liaise with suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Coordinate client ticket distribution and other event logistics.
The Perfect Candidate:
* Proven experience managing a team, ideally within large events or travel fulfilment.
* Strong interest in sports, entertainment, and VIP experiences.
* Comfortable with frequent international travel, including weekdays and weekends, for event hosting.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on approach, with the ability to lead by example at events and in the office.
