We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Operations to lead our HR team and be responsible for driving company culture and company effectiveness, ensuring a seamless employee experience through the development and operationalisation of effective and aligned end to end services across reward, payroll, operational training, field coaching and employee life cycle administration. What you’ll be doing
You’ll be overseeing Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits Management, HRIS & Data Reporting and Payroll.
* Ensure workplace policies are fit for purpose, aligned to company values, fair, applied consistently and well embedded.
* Drive a proactive approach to employee relations through effective root cause analysis, communication and manager training.
* Drive a Fast Firm Fair approach to employee relations across the company prioritizing service continuity and optimization whilst ensuring full adherence with UK labour laws.
* Support the CPO in the development and implementation of fit for purpose performance appraisal systems to assess and enhance employee performance.
* Oversee the design and delivery of engaging training packages to drive service excellence and ensure full compliance with service requirements.
* Ensure the provision of field coaching and support to drive management confidence and effectiveness.
* Support the CPO in the design and implementation of an internal job grading system to facilitate effective reward benchmarking and career progression.
* Lead the annual salary review process.
* Optimise utilisation of company HRIS maximising manager and employee self-serve facilities.
* Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts and HR documentation. Ensure the production of timely and accurate reporting metrics.
* Ensure timely and accurate provision of company payroll activity.
* Manage the relationship with company outsourced payroll provider.
