As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to help shape how we engage with communities, regulators and partners on a wide range of capital delivery projects, from local water mains replacements to major environmental schemes valued at over £100 million.This newly-created role sits within our Corporate Affairs team and will report to the Senior Engagement Manager – Capital Delivery and Strategic Plans. It will work closely with Capital Delivery, Operations, Asset Strategy and our Customer Communications teams to ensure our engagement is proactive, inclusive and aligned with our strategic goals.**Your Contribution**You will coordinate and delivery stakeholder engagement plans for capital projects across the Southern Water region. This includes supporting consultation and communications for large-scale construction schemes subject to regulatory approval, and helping build trusted relationships with environmental organisations, local authorities, community groups and industry partners.You’ll also play a key role in supporting planning applications, hosting site tours, preparing engagement materials and ensuring our messaging is consistent and compelling across all channels.**A Role with Long-Term Potential**While this is a fixed term position, we are committed to building a long-term partnership.
