* Proven experience as a business analyst in complex technical environments
* Strong understanding of modern and emerging BA tools, methods, and technologies
* Ability to design solutions based on real user needs
* Excellent skills in facilitating workshops and building consensus among diverse stakeholders
* Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving capabilities
* Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
Responsibilities:
* Lead deep-dive analysis across the technical stack to improve service delivery for residents
* Collaborate with teams to uncover problems and shape development of solutions
* Act as a bridge between strategy, technology, and operational delivery
* Explore and apply new technologies such as AI and robotic process automation (RPA)
* Produce governance documentation and set standards for project delivery
* Determine acceptance criteria and ensure excellent, accessible user experience on services
* Contribute to shaping digital transformation initiatives in Barnets technology investment portfolio
