Job Summary Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Telesales Accounts Manager. In this role you will maintain relationships with existing clients by upselling products whilst providing the best possible customer service. Duties Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell products. Achieve daily and weekly sales targets. Update CRM and database systems. Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships and trust with customer accounts. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Skills/Experience IT proficiency (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel. Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening. An understanding of working in a target driven environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure long-term relationships. Proficiency in using sales tools to track, progress and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication skills and a confident approach. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work. Ability to work well under pressure and deal appropriately with sometimes demanding and challenging customers.
