BDS are currently looking to recruit a Housing Complaints Officer to work with a well-known housing organisation based in Peterbrough. 2 days from home, 3 days in the office (35 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm) 6 months FTC in circa £31,000 per annum We are looking for an experienced Complaints Officer who will be responsible for drafting responses to stage 1 and 2 complaints You will have a sound understanding of the regulatory timescales and deadlines associated with complaint resolution, and will be required to take case ownership and conduct a comprehensive investigation using all available information and documentation Main duties include but are not limited too; 1. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with complainants either in the form of correspondence, phone or at the office, adhering to our service standards and meeting the diverse needs of the customer. 2. Demonstrate a personal commitment and responsibility for providing a highly resolution-based service, aiming to resolve complaints at the first stage. 3. Take ownership of a complaint from start to closure, ensuring that the customer is regularly kept informed of progress. 4.
