About The Role

As an Installer Recruitment & Performance Coordinator, you ensure that we only work with the best installers possible across the UK. You will be welcoming installers capable of bringing our customers' dreams to reality. An ideal candidate will be extremely organized, capable of managing their own workload, and possess great interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential installers.
This role is based fully on-site at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber.
Main responsibilities
* Recruiting quality installers to subcontract for Wren
* Liaising with the Field Team to book pre-recruitment and installation quality inspections of prospective installers
* Engaging with installers to ensure conformance to Wren Way standards for installers
* Providing regular feedback to relevant stakeholders about installer recruitment
* Identifying and providing installers to meet scheduled installation requirements
* Undertaking processes for effective communication with Installers and Field Personnel
* Maintaining accurate records of daily activities as per policies and procedures
* Logging IT equipment requirements for installers
* Performing admin tasks such as reporting, record keeping, file maintenance, and data entry

About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
* Experience working and engaging with 3rd Party subcontractors and installers
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and ability to deliver results
* Computer and IT literacy
