Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Co-ordinator:
1. Deliver exceptional service to clients and customers via phone and email
2. Order processing
3. Creating standard and bespoke quotations
4. Processing service calls
5. Collaborate with internal teams on a daily basis
6. Ad Hoc duties as and when required
Customer Service Co-ordinator Working Hours:
7. Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
8. Working 37.5 hours per week
Customer Service Co-ordinator Experience:
9. Previous experience in customer service environment
10. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
11. Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and software applications
12. Strong attention to detail, coupled with good organisational abilities
13. Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
What’s on offer for the Customer Service Co-ordinator:
14. Starting salary of £22, rising to £24, per annum after probationary period
15. 31 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays)
