We focus on: dignity and respect consistent, high-quality care strong team support meaningful relationships with residents Your Role as Senior Care Assistant (Medication Trained) As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role within the night team, ensuring residents receive safe, attentive, and person-centred care throughout the night. You will also support and guide other care staff on shift.
