Customer and Community Engagement Officer (9 months, Fixed term)
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic Customer and Community Engagement Officer to lead community projects. Working throughout Neath Port Talbot Borough, on a fixed‑term basis for 9 months, with a starting salary of £27,332 per annum and potential to increase to £29,805 per annum after evidence of key competencies required within the role.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will engage with external stakeholders, building partnerships with contractor partners and customers to ensure the Community Benefits scheme has maximum impact. An effective communicator, the role will build relationships with tenants, the local authority, community members and elected officials to gain buy‑in for community projects.
About You
To be successful in the role of Customer and Community Engagement Officer, our new team member will be educated to Level 3 standard and/or have relevant experience in a similar role.
