Tetra Tech is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our shared services team based in Leeds. This role is hybrid with expectation of two days per week in the office maximum.
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager your will work alongside other payroll professionals to ensure the monthly payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Your Role:
1. Assisting with end to end processing of payroll for approx. 2800 employees with a view to this increasing.
2. Supporting the migration of other Tetra Tech Operating units on to Tetra Tech systems
3. End to end IR35 payroll processing.
4. Process the monthly payroll including starters, leavers, and all other movements.
5. Effectively liaise with the external payroll providers.
6. Working with internal and external stakeholders on the benefit schemes.
7. Continuously review and update internal and external payroll processes.
8. Understanding and dealing with payroll related queries in an efficient and effective manner.
9. To undertake all aspects of pension scheme administration including auto enrolment requirements.
10. To assist with updating the P11D system with quarterly car changes for submission to HMRC and end of year data.
