Pay: £15.70 per hour (£30,615.00 per annum)

Are you passionate about improving the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people? Do you have experience supporting children and young people through therapeutic services, and the skills to lead a complex wellbeing-focused project? YMCA Norfolk is seeking a dynamic and committed Professional Therapeutic Pathway Project Lead to join our Wellbeing & Therapeutic Services team.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery and support the development of the Professional Therapeutic Pathway, ensuring high-quality support for children and young people across Norfolk.
You will oversee the management of referrals, liaise with providers, and ensure contractual compliance and data reporting to the Integrated Care Board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Professional Therapeutic Pathway project, including line management of engagement workers.
* Coordinate referrals and placements, ensuring effective interventions are identified.
* Maintain accurate data records and oversee reporting systems.
* Build strong relationships with providers, commissioners, and referring organisations.
* Support service optimisation and contribute to strategic development.
* Represent YMCA Norfolk at professional meetings and external presentations.
* Uphold safeguarding standards and promote inclusive practices.

What youll need to succeed
Were looking for someone with:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in caseload management and staff supervision.
* A sound understanding of mental health and wellbeing topics.
* A professional qualification or lived experience in therapeutic support, parenting, or family work.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
* A full driving licence and access to transport.
Desirable qualifications include Mental Health First Aid training and knowledge of mentoring or coaching approaches.
Additional Information
This role will require participation in the out-of-hours safeguarding rota ensuring responsive and effective safeguarding at all times.
