As a Social Worker on the MASH Team you will be
9. Working in a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub with representatives from Police, Health, Education, Early Help and Probation
10. Working as a ‘first point of contact’ in providing advice to professionals and taking referrals
11. Screening referrals and recommending level of intervention
12. Being accountable in providing advice to professionals where it is felt the information received does not require a referral or meet threshold for a social work/care response.
13. Support colleagues in the team through critical and reflective discussions to ensure appropriate recommendations with referrals.
14. Ensure concerns are acted upon in a timely manner when child protection concerns are raised
As a Social Worker you are required to:
15. Hold a Social Work England registration
16. Be eligible to work in the UK
17. Hold a full UK licence
18. Post-qualified experience
19. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
