Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:We are looking for CNC Miller/Turner Machinist for a permanent position based with our clients in LeedsImmediate start available (subject to interview process)Salary is up to £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)This will be working 36.5 hours per week 4 day working week.Working hours are Monday to Wednesday 7am - 4:45pm & Thursday 7am to 4:15pmJob Specification Day to Day:Responsible for setting and operating CNC mill and turning machinesEnsure tight tolerances on a range of machineryAchieve manufacturing hours and deadlines to meet the customers needsCompletion of inspection using Renishaw probe and various hand measuring devicesAdherence to all Health Safety and Environmental policies and proceduresEnsure high levels of quality and workmanship are maintainedSupport other departments in the manufacture of productsCarry out basic machine maintenance including metal working fluid checks and pre-use safety checksComplete paperwork to maintain complete traceabilityWork in line with the companies Quality manuals and MOD standardsEdit CNC programmes using Heidenhain, Siemens or Haas control for machining centresEssential RequirementsApprentice trained as minimumCompetent using Heidenhein iTNC 640 & Hass G-code control systemVarious materials including carbon steel and stainless steelManufacturing to engineering drawingsCNC Milling and Turning machinesDutton Recruitment are working as an Employment Business on behalf of our client.TPBN1_UKTJ
