Job Advert – Behaviour Support / Mentor (PRU) – Sunderland A Pupil Referral Unit in Sunderland is looking to recruit a male Behaviour Support Mentor to join our dedicated team supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural needs. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in sport, coaching, or physical activity, who can use sport and structured activities to build positive relationships, encourage engagement, and support students in developing confidence, resilience, and self-discipline. The role will involve working closely with pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them regulate behaviour, stay engaged with learning, and develop positive routines. You will be part of a supportive staff team committed to improving outcomes for students who require additional support.
