ARCHITECTURE BOARD - AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A team of four experts will serve as a quality control group composed of some of the most talented technologists at Bullisher. They will assess the suitability of specifications and guide our system architects, control design engineers, optical engineers, hardware and embedded software engineers, EDA engineers, robotics and ethical AI experts, legal and regulatory advisors, product counsel, UX/UI designers, electronics engineers, PTO engineers, automation engineers, CNC programmers, network security analysts, machine learning engineers, telemetry engineers, data engineers, data scientists, cabling, IT and network infrastructure engineers, and field application engineers. The architecture board will oversee the verticals of business modeling, space communication, military command and control, and related standards, focusing on interoperability, reconfigurable components, and open standards architecture. The goal is to develop standards that simplify secure networking communications and extend to manufacturing, space, and framework controls.
ENVIRONMENT: This position operates within the 'MISSION INTELLIGENCE DIVISION' of Rocket Fuel, focusing on innovation, speed, and space exploration in scientific systems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Lead Space Station Engineer / BEng in Computer/Systems/Electronic & Embedded Engineering / 20+ years FPGA design experience / AI Governance Lead / Cryptography Specialist
* Chartered Engineer [CEng], 15+ years proven experience
* Member of a professional body (e.g., IET, InstMC)
* BEng in relevant fields
* Embedded C/C++ programming, RTOS (FreeRTOS, Cesium), Microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32), communication protocols (BLE, CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, I2S), tools (STM32CubeIDE, ESP-IDF, JTAG)
* Embedded Software Engineer with 20+ years experience, Masters in Electronics & Telecommunications, proficient in Embedded C/C++, Python, Linux, RTOS, and hardware platforms
* Additional key skills include Machine Learning & AI, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Data Science, RF Design, PCB design, 5G, macro/m-MIMO, Satellite, High-Speed RF applications, VHDL & FPGA Design
* Security certifications: CISM, CAP, ISSAP, IASAE, and DoD 8570 certifications are prerequisites
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
1. Stage 1: Cognitive Ability Test
2. Stage 2: Cognitive Assessment Screening with a psychologist experienced in 30+ years of experience
3. Stage 3: Pre-screening, including verification checks and DV security clearance
4. Stage 4: Interviews with the CEO, CTO, and Chief Engineer
