This role offers strong exposure to a wide range of marketing activity and is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in social media and digital marketing.What You Will Be Doing
* Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
* Assisting with market research to identify trends, opportunities and audience insights
* Creating, scheduling and managing social media content across multiple platforms
* Engaging with followers and helping to grow online communities and website traffic
* Working closely with the management team to support marketing and social media initiatives
* Assisting with email marketing campaigns and content creation
* Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends
* Creating written and visual content including social posts, blogs, web content and e-newsletters
* Tracking and reporting on performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions
About You
* At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or social media role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A genuine interest in marketing, social media and digital content
* Creative thinking and the confidence to contribute new ideas
* A basic understanding of platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, is desirable but not essential
* Well organised, proactive and eager to learn
* A positive team player with a creative mindset
