Overview
This role requires applicants to be able to do manual handling. Working in a residential estate as part of an onsite team managing 750 homes.
Responsibilities
* Manually moving large 1100L wheely bins around site for bin collection day, and rotating bins every few days. Tidying the bin stores.
* Cleaning, sweeping, jet washing hard standing pathways and car parks
* Litter picking external public realm areas, flower beds, pathways etc
* Cleaning external areas outside the buildings
* Cleaning internal areas of residential blocks of apartments, hovering, mopping, dusting, wiping and cleaning glass.
Requirements
* Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness is required.
* Must have some experience. A trial session may be required.
* This is a full-time role Monday - Friday.
