Overview

Paradigm Housing Group is looking for a proactive Gas Admin Support Assistant to join our Compliance Works Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a high performing team and play a key role in ensuring our gas compliance records are accurate, timely, and well-managed.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Providing essential admin support for gas works and compliance tasks
* Scanning and uploading gas certificates with 100% accuracy
* Ordering parts and materials, and helping rebook works within the required timeframes
* Processing purchase orders and invoices
* Liaising with internal teams, field technicians, and external contractors
* Supporting the team leader with project-related tasks
* Ensuring data entry and record-keeping meet compliance standards


What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in an office environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
* A “can-do” attitude and ability to work independently
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes
* Experience in housing or compliance admin is a bonus, but not essential

37 Hours Per Week

* Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30
* Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
