As Site Administrator, you'll be at the heart of keeping the site safe, compliant and running smoothly. No two days will be the same - you'll balance Health & Safety focus with hands-on admin support and customer interaction. What you'll be doing: * Champion Health & Safety on site, wearing PPE when required and reporting any issues or near misses straight away. * Keep things moving in SAP: daily data entry, account reconciliation, and accurate records for customers and billing. * Be the first point of contact for service queries, coordinating consignment notes and handling Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes (HWCN). * Support site management with purchase orders, correspondence, filing, meeting coordination and day-to-day office tasks. * Stay organised and proactive - from managing supplies to preparing documents and building spreadsheets that keep everyone informed. Do you have what it takes? * Great communicator with strong customer focus * Detail-driven and highly organised, able to juggle priorities * Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word * Proven admin skills - from reports to day-to-day coordination * Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently * Handles deadlines and confidential information with ease Desirable Skills Familiarity with SAP and accounting principles We expect from you to Be accountable, Drive results, Embrace Change, and high levels of Collaboration!
