Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.
2. Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
3. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
4. Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience working with children with SEN or working within healthcare/ care work
6. Apassionate and patient approach.
7. Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
8. Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).
