About the Role:
GSL Education are currently seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Grimsby. Our vibrant school community in Grimsby, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Teaching Assistant Role:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Assist students with their learning, providing one-on-one support as needed.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
* Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet the diverse needs of students.
The successful candidate will:
* Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
* Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced educational setting.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
