💼 The position:
* You’ll work hand-in-hand with our CEO, and pretty much anyone you need to grow tl;dv (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, …)
* You develop our positioning in coherence with our brand, competition & product - to triple our $xxM Revenue from here 🎯🛸
* Wrestling with WordPress, designing visuals, writing the copy...it’s never gonna be boring!
* You own our e-mail marketing comms across our user base (>2M Users)
* You bring your own ideas how we can grow faster, we’re all ears and ready to learn
* Direct segway to become Head of Marketing at tl;dv if the results speak for themselves 😎
🧠 Who you are:
* You're a generalist: copywriter, designer, strategist, executor, all rolled into one.
* No "I'll bring the strategy" but "I'll do it now." You need a bias for speed. Fast-paced: test, kill, repeat
* Hands-on mentality: You design, write copy, fix the email layout…than just talk about it.
* Creativity: Ideas that aren't just "nice to have" but show hardcore impact.
* Someone who wants to see results - and has delivered them.
* Performance-minded: you care about CAC, pipeline, revenue - not vanity.
* Curious and creative: constantly trying new formats, weird growth hacks, and copy.
* Kind, honest, and low-ego
* Proactive communicator - async is your playground
* Self-starter: you know what to do without being told
✅ What you’ve done before (ideally)
* You have scaled a company from $xM Revenue to $xxM before in Marketing
* You feel comfortable in WordPress, design tools (Figma /AE/…), e-mail suites (Customer.io or similar)
* You owned & scaled e-mail marketing for a product company before
* You have owned copy (and executed A/B tests)
* You are a tech nerd and love SaaS & AI
* Worked in or alongside product-led & sales-led teams
* Have strong opinions on what makes creative convert
