Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Systems Engineer to join our electronics production team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electronic engineering and manufacturing, who thrives on turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis & Insight Generation
o Analyze complex datasets across the electronics production lifecycle, including design, manufacturing, testing, and supply chain stages.
o Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities in production and test processes.
* Process Optimization
o Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product reliability.
o Contribute to the development of robust performance measurement frameworks across production areas.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with electronics engineers, production teams, and quality assurance specialists to translate insights into tangible improvements.
o Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-backed recommendations.
* Reporting & Communication
o Design and deliver compelling dashboards and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Communicate findings clearly to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
* Data Infrastructure & Governance
o Proactively enhance data collection methods, tools, and management practices in a low-volume production environment.
o Ensure data integrity and usability across systems.
* Mentorship & Leadership
o Potentially guide and mentor junior data analysts or engineers, fostering a culture of analytical excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in electronic engineering, systems engineering, or manufacturing analytics.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, MATLAB).
* Familiarity with electronics production environments and lifecycle stages.
* Experience with performance metrics, test coverage, and fault isolation strategies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
