EBO Paving & Groundworks Ltd is a well-established and growing construction company based in Edinburgh. We specialise in all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, foundations, concrete works, paving, kerbing, and site preparation. We work with major developers and contractors throughout Central Scotland.
The Role:
We are currently looking for experienced Groundworkers to join our team on ongoing projects across Edinburgh and nearby areas. The ideal candidates will have strong practical skills, good teamwork, and a professional attitude towards safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Kerbing and paving
* Slabbing, ducting, and site clearance
* Operating small tools and assisting plant operators.
* Following site instructions and safety regulations.
* Working effectively as part of a team under site supervision.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in groundworks (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Valid CSCS card (required).
* CPCS / NPORS tickets (dumper, roller, or excavator) are an advantage.
* Ability to read site drawings (desirable).
* Own transport preferred, but not essential if based locally.
* Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude.
