Acrastyle Ltd are looking to recruit a Level 3 Business Administrator - Finance Apprentice to join their team in September/October! Acrastyle Ltd is an engineering resource-rich company which designs, manufactures, tests, installs, commissions and maintains high-voltage sub-station protection and control equipment. Key Responsibilities The accurate and efficient processing of purchase ledger invoices. Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements. Query resolution both internally and externally. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures. Ensure month end and reporting deadlines are achieved. Assisting HR department with time and attendance/payroll. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department. Full time reception cover including meeting and greeting clients and visitors and answering switchboard. Performing admin duties including, but not limited to, booking travel, filing and diary management. Miscellaneous admin support as required. Skills and Personal Qualities Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths Working Hours Monday-Thursday 7:45am-4.30pm Friday 7.45am-12.15pm Benefits
