Responsibilities include:
* Create and curate engaging content across our website, emails, blogs, and social media (including written and video formats).
* Provide top-notch customer support, responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Support the team with general marketing admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Days will vary considerably but will be busy with many tasks, so time management, organization, and self-motivation are key.
Typical daily schedule:
* 9:00 - 9:30 am: Check emails, chase outstanding prizes if any.
* 9:30 - 10:00 am: Check social media, engage with users, ensure daily winners' posts are automated and visible.
* 10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Find 50-100 suitable brands for prize sponsorship using internet and social media, gather contact info, and send introductory emails.
* 12:00 - 1:00 pm: Lunch.
* 1:00 - 2:00 pm: Review campaign results against measurables to assess success.
* 2:00 - 2:30 pm: Respond to marketing-related customer queries.
* 2:30 - 4:30 pm: Work on new campaigns, including emails and social media setup.
* 4:30 - 5:30 pm: Write competition copy for website posting.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
