We are currently recruiting for a Head of Property Litigation to join our client's dynamic team in Chester, North West. This senior position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to lead the property litigation department, specialising in social housing and housing management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload related to property disputes, leasehold issues, injunctions, and landlord and tenant matters, with a particular focus on social housing clients. You will also be expected to develop and shape the team, fostering growth and maintaining high standards of client service. The role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background and the ability to build and manage a team, including supporting their own staff if applicable. Your experience in acting for landlords within social housing environments will be highly valued, and your technical expertise should be complemented by a demonstrable following and reputation in the market.
