Mobile Facilities Attendant Location: Ormeau Road, Belfast (BT7 3GG) Hours: 37 per week (Fully flexible Sun–Sat) Rate: £13.47 Ph Positions: 2 Role Overview You’ll help keep public sites and facilities clean, safe, secure, and welcoming. This includes supervising access, managing bookings, supporting events, and delivering excellent customer service across multiple locations. Key Duties Cleaning and maintaining facilities to high standards Opening/closing sites (keyholder duties) Monitoring bookings and managing access Providing friendly customer service and handling enquiries ️ Cash handling and issuing tickets/equipment Driving between sites (vehicle provided) Patrolling areas and promoting safety Completing records and paperwork ️ Minor repairs and safety checks ⚠️ Ensuring Health & Safety compliance ✅ Essential Criteria Full UK driving licence (or suitable transport) Experience in cleaning, maintenance & H&S Public-facing customer service experience Cash handling experience Key Skills Excellent customer service Able to work independently Strong communication (written & verbal) ✍️️ Good decision-making in emergencies Team player Strong Health & Safety awareness ⚠️
