We’re now looking for an outstanding Project Manager to lead key clinical and nonclinical initiatives that support the evolution of our services, systems and ways of working.

About the Role
As a Project Manager within the Business Improvement function, you will own the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to delivery and closure. You’ll coordinate crossfunctional teams, manage risks, maintain clear project documentation, and ensure stakeholders remain engaged and informed throughout.
For this recruitment, we are specifically seeking candidates with proven experience in Digital Transformation or IT Infrastructure & Architecture, reflecting the strategic direction of the organisation and the technical complexity of upcoming programmes.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
Project Delivery
* Manage endtoend delivery of operational, digital and technologyrelated projects, ensuring outputs are on time, within budget and within scope
* Create, maintain and track detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and supporting documents
* Confidently facilitate project meetings, workshops and crossfunctional sessions
Risk, Governance & Communication
* Identify, log and manage risks and issues, escalating appropriately
* Provide regular progress reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders
* Ensure transparent, consistent and timely communication across all involved teams
Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Coordinate project team members, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and followup actions
* Foster a positive team culture and strong crossfunctional relationships
* Work closely with vendors, technical SMEs and clinical/operational teams as needed
Process & Continuous Improvement
* Identify process improvement opportunities and support the development of updated workflows
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and versioncontrolled
* Drive adoption of structured methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing mediumtolarge scale projects in a fastpaced environment
* Strong background in Digital Transformation or IT Infrastructure & Architecture
* Proven experience delivering complex digital or technologyenabled projects
* Prince2 and/or Agile certification (essential)
* Excellent organisational, planning and timemanagement skills
* Confident communicator with experience facilitating workshops and meetings
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements
* Strong analytical and problemsolving ability
* Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
* Experience in healthcare or contact centre environments is desirable but not essential
* Lean/Six Sigma certification, business process mapping skills or change management experience are advantageous
